Ilias Mohammed is a Senior Advisor at Roots Advisory since 2024.
llias Mohammed has over 18 years of management and business development experience with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry in European countries. He successfully executed several licensing deals and formed strategic alliances with large and small-mid-sized pharmaceutical companies and managed several M&A transactions. 
llias Mohammed started his career as a senior consultant at Cerner Corporation Frankfurt 

He has worked in management positions for large pharmaceutical companies including Bayer, BioNTech, ZS Associates, and Woerwag Pharma with a focus on business development and corporate strategy. He co-founded the pharmaceutical companies Alfa Pharma (2017) and Apollo Pharma (2023).

Ilias Mohammed studied Information and Communication at the UDE University of Duisburg-Essen and graduated with a Master of Science (M.Sc.). He holds an executive MBA for general management from St. Gallen University / Switzerland and from the Rotman Business School / Canada.
